Merrill Lynch Wealth Management was recognized for “Best Account Opening and Onboarding Technology” for Collaborative Onboarding Experience (COBE) by Global Private Banker and The Digital Banker at the 2023 Global Private Banking Innovation Awards.  Shortlisted nominees were selected on the qualitative and quantitative depth of their nominations. Shortlisted institutions or individuals per category, were put to our impartial panel of expert judges who undertook a rigorous audit type process to carefully select the winners. A proprietary, numerical and qualitative scoring methodology was applied to all submissions and augmented by market research and input from seminal industry experts, corporate executives and in some cases the High Net Worth & Ultra High Net Worth Community.

3. Institutional Investor magazine announced BofA Global Research as one of the Top Global Research Firms in 2023 based on surveys held throughout the year. The magazine creates rankings of the top research analysts in a wide variety of specializations, drawn from the choices of portfolio managers and other investment professionals at more than 1,000 firms. 4. Global Finance Best Bank Awards, March 2023. Bank of America was recognized as the “Overall Best Bank in North America,” offering the broadest range of services as well as the reliability required for long-term financial relationships.

5.ThinkAdvisor Luminaries 2023 published on November 28, 2023, with rankings based on data as of April 18, 2023.   Merrill Advisor Match was awarded ALM’s ThinkAdvisor Luminaries award in the “Financial & Investment Innovation” category.  The ThinkAdvisor Luminaries award honors firms that excel at financial and investment innovation by creating new financial products, services, or processes which meet advisor and investor client needs, while delivering efficiency and competitive advantages to industry players via new platforms and other tools. 6. The 2023 MMI/Barron's Industry Awards winners (announced October 13, 2023) are selected by a specially-appointed MMI Industry Awards Steering Council and MMI Membership Experience Committee. Judging was conducted between June 2023-July 2023. Companies do not pay a fee to be considered for the awards or for promotional materials. Nomination submissions are for products, programs and initiatives initiated or enhanced between October 2022-June 2023. Merrill Lynch Wealth Management tied with Morgan Stanley for this award. Nominations were reviewed based on the level of innovation and forward-thinking, potential to effect noticeable change in the investment advisory industry, advancement of existing investment advisory practices and protocols, potential to deliver improved outcomes for financial advisors and investors. The Steering Council and MEC determined a slate of finalists in each award category. The primary contacts at each of MMI’s 208 members firms were eligible to vote to determine the winners in each category.
